This Air Quality Project is now data-led
This Air Quality Project now starts from elevated evidence signals, official records, monitoring context and planning/emissions datasets before treating incinerators or any other facility as a candidate source class. Incinerators remain a priority source investigation, but the project no longer assumes the answer before the data is examined.
Discovery model
- Find high or noteworthy pollution, emissions, planning or regulatory signals.
- Map nearby monitors, facilities, receptors and official records.
- List candidate source classes: traffic, industry, ports, waste facilities, incineration, landfill, construction, agriculture, domestic burning and meteorology.
- Apply readiness gates before any stronger public statement.
