Legal notice
SCC Air Quality is an evidence and provenance observatory. It does not make regulatory determinations, health advice, legal conclusions, laboratory certification, compliance findings or causal attribution.
Public pages are screening and readiness notes designed to support review of source coverage, evidence gaps, provenance, monitoring context and expert challenge. They should not be cited as proof of breach, harm, illegality or source attribution without independent validation and original-source review.
Where SCC Air Quality summarises public records, official monitoring context or third-party material, users should verify the original source, date, document title, permit reference and any limitations before relying on the summary.
Use boundary
SCC Air Quality separates public-safe summaries from protected review material. Unredacted evidence, credentials, service-account files and protected registers must not be published in the public web root.
Corrections
Corrections, source updates and takedown concerns should be sent to hello@sccnexus.co.uk with the relevant page URL, source reference and requested correction.
